Obviously after Greenspan-Bernanke market-economy scams, most of Americans are slaughtered and now the greed is baking on what's left over while scraping 401k contributors to manipulate markets. The low trading volumes are because the fraudulent market manipulators already have taken almost all small accounts except a few big bank trading and traders who were in the corruption.
