U.S. sovereign debt was the third-worst performer in a closely watched derivatives market during the third quarter, CMA said Tuesday in its quarterly review of global sovereign credit risk.

Fed's Latest Easing Will Likely Start With $500 Billion: Cohen
The Fed likely will begin its latest round of easing by buying $500 billion of Treasury debt and ultimately $1 trillion, Goldman strategist Abby Joseph Cohen told CNBC. She also raised her target for the S&P 500 to 1275.
