A root cause of American financial crisis is no-doubt unfair "Globalism" among other reasons. So, since Americans are financially demolished, other nations can do without American spending spree of made-in-other-than-USA.

Japan and Australia expressed concern on Thursday about protectionism stemming from the "Buy American" provisions in Washington's mammoth stimulus measures aimed at helping pull the U.S. economy out of recession.
