The new regulation is just damaging small speculators and small investors while big greedy traders (aka investors) continuing to manipulate markets and to deceive all.
The global economy is continuing to mislead all with "Debt-entrapment" economic day while inflating market price actions using debt bubbles. In the end, only the long term stock holders will be burst with debt bubble burst.
