It is quite interesting to see that a big crowd comes back from New Year party and recommends Gold, Oil, commodity based on newly twisted rationales, but it is the same phenomena as real estate bubbling and bursting process. I commented on Gold since Nov after the initial breakout alert during mid 2006 right after Katrina. At that time, I noted that money is moving into metals as we can see that the sector as broken out right after Housing sector topped.
We now have a massive gold obsessive crowd.
